Family, friends and fellow councilors came out to help Gary Brown kick off his campaign for Tax Collector yesterday with a fundraiser at the Island Merchant Restaurant on Main Street yesterday afternoon.

A primary vote will be held on September 18th to determine which two of the three candidates running for the position will face off in the general election.

Precints 3 & 9, both in Hyannis, will also be holding primary elections on September 18th. Don't forget to vote!
