HYANNIS- Just prior to 7:00am two Barnstable Police cruisers were dispatched to the Getty Gas Station at 112 Barnstable Road for a recently discovered Breaking and Entering.
Police soon discovered that the suspect had gain entry by breaking a pane of glass on one the widows.
Some blood was also discovered at the scene and police are checking the Cape Cod Hospital Emergency record to see if anyone showed up with a laceration to the hand or other suspicious injury.
A Barnstable County Identification Officer was also called to the scene to take photos and help gather evidence.
The break was apparently discovered as employees arrived to open up the establishment.
It still uncertain whether anything of value had been stolen...
