Sought for Lewd Behavior

(This is the composite compiled by Barnstable County Crime Scene Investigator Timothy Wallace regarding our wanted lewd behavior suspect)  

On Thursday, September 13, 2007 at 8:00 AM—the Yarmouth Police Department responded to the Bass River Exxon Station at 1353 Route 28 for a report of a man masturbating in the parking lot.

Yarmouth Police Patrol Officers Richard White and Kalil Boghdan arrived at the scene and found that the suspect had left in a red and silver pick up truck.  The patrol officers met with a witness who reported seeing the man seated in a truck while the witness was exiting the store.

Despite an extensive search of the area—the suspect was not located.

The Yarmouth Police Department is seeking assistance in solving this crime.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Yarmouth Police Department immediately at 508-775-0445.

A composite of the suspect was compiled by members of the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department and is available to the media and public.
