On Friday, September 21, 2007 at 00:31 AM—the Yarmouth Police Department responded to 10 Geneva Road in South Yarmouth for a report of a drunken man repeatedly yelling threats and obscenities at his next door neighbors.
Yarmouth Police Patrol Officers Christopher Kent—Christopher Van Ness—and Melissa Alden arrived at the scene and found a highly intoxicated male yelling at visibly shaken and upset neighbors.
The Patrol Officers restored order and placed the man under arrest. He was transported to Yarmouth Police Headquarters and is scheduled for arraignment this morning in the Barnstable District Court.
