HYANNIS – An unidentified 20-year-old woman had just been up on one of the store roof tops just prior to 1:00am while local bars were closing when she suddenly fell about 12 feet and struck her head on the pavement of the North Street parking lot to the rear of the White Hen Pantry.
The woman was discovered bleeding profusely by a “friend” as Barnstable Police and Hyannis Rescue rushed to the scene.
Cape Cod Hospital was put on “trauma alert” as the woman was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital. Further details were not readily available.
NOTE: The following Raw File Footage shows Barnstable Police Officers removing young adults from the adjoining roof tops, which include the White Hen Pantry just footsteps out of view, in the immediate area of last night's fall. The incident in this video occurred around the time of bar closing, and this particular fire escape is located within close walking distance of several popular bars.
