Bicyclist Struck by Car on Barnstable Road

HYANNIS- Saturday Morning slightly before 11 AM, a bicyclist was struck by a motor vehicle on Barnstable Road across from Northeast Dental Associates. The injuries to the person on the bike were minor and mostly consisted of scratches and a leg injury. The victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital for treatment. The injuries were not considered serious.

At the time of the accident, the roads were wet with a light rain falling. No charges have been files at this time.
