One Treated For Airbag Abrasions

HYANNIS - At about 5:30 PM Barnstable Police and Hyannis Fire Rescue were summoned to the intersection of Engine House Road and Route 28 for a 2 car crash. A Dark Blue Dodge Neon was attempting to turn into Engine House Road when it was struck by an Eastbound silver Saab causing moderate damage to both cars.

One of the occupants of the Neon was slightly injured by airbag deployment. He was treated at the scene by Hyannis Fire Rescue. The accident is under investigation by Barnstable Police Officer Michael L. Riley.
