At about 5:50PM, police and rescue rushed to 9 Castlewood Circle when someone crashed into a tree. The vehicle had slammed into a large tree located in the front yard of a family home. The female patient was still inside the vehicle and was initially reported to have been unconscious…
As you will hear in the following video, upon arrival, officers discovered the woman was conscious and alert. She was the only person discovered inside the vehicle and it’s believed she was the driver.
She was bleeding from some type of head wound and eventually transported to CCH.
The owner of the vehicle had just allegedly been dropped off at her workplace, a nearby restaurant. Police picked her up from work and brought her to the scene.
The initial part of the investigation revealed the driver may not have been licensed to operate a motor vehicle…
As you will notice in the following footage, this crash occurred in a family neighborhood where children were out riding bikes and playing in or near the roadway. The speed limit is just 30 MPH in that thickly settled neighborhood.
Again, no arrests have been made at the time of this report.
