BOGGED DOWN: Driver left scene after truck flew over wall and landed in cranberry bog…

CENTERVILLE – This driver didn’t stick around…

… and cops actually had to go and get him… and HN was there when they did.

Back at the scene early this morning, the driver allegedly told a local resident he was “all set.” Next thing you know, the young man had disappeared.

As you will hear in the following video, officers looked up his address and found the man several blocks away at his home.

It’s uncertain why he left the scene, but his truck was covered with blood and the tow truck driver had to borrow a tarp from a neighbor at the scene… just so he could get behind the wheel and attempt to remove it from where the cranberries grow.

The truck was banged up a bit and the tow truck driver was able to back out of the bog onto an access road.

HN NOTE:
I would say the driver’s nose probably got the worst of this accident. He was transported to CCH and there was no further information at the time of this report.

Also, HN has yet to receive a written apology from the Town of Barnstable for ongoing harassment… which means I will not waste my time hunting down details and playing their stupid games. But I will continue to get out there and cover the news as best I can…

AND YOU KNOW WHAT… I’m not about to let a handful of SNAPPIN ARSEHOLES ruin the HN experience for all the GOOD COPS and HN readers out there working hard and keepin’ it real. 😉
