So let me get this straight… This man was searched and arrested for no reason other than possessing a rifle? Had he made threats to anyone? Was he engaged in any other illegal activity? Tyranny at its finest folks – typically the reason people possess these things (including the body armor) are in preparation for some kind of disaster, uprising, war, or other “shtf” type situation. The world is at a scary turning point, and criminalizing people simply for being prepared is an outrage.

The article gives no reason for him being searched. Also the rifle could have been an 80% lower. They are legally unregistered in PA, I don’t know about other states. There is a lot missing here. Hopefully this man gets a fair shake at the law and not some brain Dead liberals interpretation of the Constitution.

Making a mountain over a mole hill. I’m 65 and with my age i feel unsafe in my house. People kick doors down rob and maybe kill ya its happened here already in this town. If you did get time to call police they would show up in time to put a tag on my toe. Maybe find the bad guys but i would be dead already. E and a few neighbors caught a guy breaking into trucks and car. We had him for 20 min’s before the cops got there. The police said it was a danger to do thid but they said thanks because he would have been gone before they got there. We found out he had a 25 cal auto pistol. We got lucky but thats one more off the streets. So i understand him wanting to protect himself and family. The police can’t be everywhere on time when you call. Why make him the bad guy ????? I don’t understand he’s not being bad just prepared i bet his neighbors feel safer.
