  • The notice says that he "is at a high risk to re-offend and that the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is... substantial." SO WHY IS HE ALLOWED ON THE STREETS ?? Because liberal judges and politicians say he "is constitutionally free to live wherever he/she chooses." THE LIBERAL LUNATICS ARE RUNNING THE ASYLUM.
