ANOTHER SHOCKING TASER VIDEO: Woman tasered, some say she was brutalized (See Poll Results)

• The woman is in need of a drastic behavorial turn-around. A sedative administered by a Medical Professional might have helped. She was obviously out of control.

• when a suspect is totally wasted, as this woman clearly is, they used to handcuff them to benches or cells when they were out-of-control from drugs or alcohol, and the perps would bang their heads and bodies until they were a bloody mess, and then claim police brutality; cctv in cruisers and stunguns, ok by me; better than real guns
