FISTS OF FURY: Barnstable Patrolman comes upon violent rolling domestic… [HN VIDEO]
HYANNIS – As you will see and hear in the following HN Video, this past Tuesday afternoon, Patrolman Kevin Fullam was checking the Barnstable Intermediate School on Route 28 when an SUV pulled into the parking lot driven by a man who said, “I need your help, this car has been following me and she just rammed the back of my car.”
[The following details are based on statements in Patrolman Fullam’s report.]
In a matter of seconds, a second vehicle also entered the lot at a “high rate of speed.” A female driver exited and began screaming at the male driver of the first vehicle.
The situation quickly escalated according to Patrolman Fullum’s report. Everyone began “yelling and screaming…” and the female driver of the second vehicle reportedly lunged through the window of the first vehicle and hit the male driver.
Patrolman Fullam called for backup when he observed the female driver of the first vehicle and the female driver of the second vehicle begin fighting and hitting one another “with their hands.”
Patrolman Fullam tried to restrain one of the woman and she allegedly ignored his commands to stop, pulling away from him…
As Patrolman Fullam was getting the resisting female under control, he observed the male driver of the first vehicle reach out from the car window and strike the female driver of the second vehicle, causing her eye glasses to fly off. Officer Fullam also observed the male driver push the female into the frame of his vehicle.
It was a hot mess of tempers and Jackie Chan moves – sort of – as numerous squad cars arrived on scene to assist.
Once things were under control, officers learned it was a case of a recent ex-girlfriend following a boyfriend who had abruptly stopped talking to her. (She also didn’t seem too happy about him driving around with another woman, but the report doesn’t come right out and say that…)
…..
Once the dust had settled, Officer Fullam charged the rolling Jerry Springer show with the following:
Tahlia Jackson (the passenger of the first vehicle) was charged with Assault and Battery.
Brandon Allen (the driver of the first vehicle) was charged with A&B On An Intimate Partner, and A&B By Dangerous Weapon.
Bryanna Sylvester (the driver of the second vehicle) was charged with A&B On An Intimate Partner, A&B By Dangerous Weapon, and Disorderly Conduct.
HN NOTE: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following HN Video highlights the police cars scrambling through thick afternoon traffic to arrive at the scene…
