SOUTH YARMOUTH- On Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 2:35AM—Yarmouth Police Patrol Investigator Scott Lundegren observed a green 1996 Toyota Paseo traveling in an erratic manner on Forest Road.

Patrol Investigator Lundgren stopped the vehicle as it reached the intersection of Route 28 and spoke with the operator who reported that he was operating in that fashion because he was tired.  While speaking with the operator—Patrol Investigator Lundegren detected the odor of freshly burnt marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle.  He further observed a quantity of marijuana scattered over the front of the drivers t-shirt.
