On Friday, September 21, 2007 at 6:16 PM—the Yarmouth Police Department responded to a South Yarmouth residence to meet with the parents of a 12-year-old who was a witness to an indecent exposure incident earlier in the day at the morning school bus stop.

Yarmouth Police Patrol Officer Michael Zontini arrived at the home and met with the witness who reported that an unknown man had approached her at the intersection of Run Pond Road and Danbury Street at approximately 7:30 AM.  As the man stated “Good Morning”, the witness noticed that his penis was exposed.  The witness became very upset and walked away.  The man left the area on foot.  The witness did not tell anyone about the incident until she returned home from school and met with her parents.

Crime Scene Investigator Timothy Wallace of the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department was contacted and subsequently met with the witness and created a computerized composite of the suspect.  The composite is available to the media and public.

Anyone with information about this crime or the suspect should immediately contact the Yarmouth Police Department at 508-775-0445.
