HYANNIS- First of all, I'd like to give a warm shout out to all my “PEEPS” at Town Hall and the Barnstable “Family Courts.”May the two never get together and share information.
Woke up a bit cranky today…Single father with a bad attitude from all the bad “love” that comes from being a Parent With a Penis (PWP) in this wonderful “Commonwealth” of Massachusetts…
Want to also send out some “Daps” to my PEEPS at the Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Division.Everyday those man hating “muddafawkas” manage to keep my MALE ass off their most recent “Deadbeat Dad Most Wanted” poster is indeed a blessing.Sorry Massachusetts if I’m being an “uppity white man,” just telling it like it is and keepin’ it real.
It’s not that I’m asking to be treated better, I’d settle to receive the same as any illegal alien or f’ed-up violent criminal that the courts always seem to slap on the wrist and let right back on the street! But a Brother with a kid in “family court,” that's different, you’re always just one step away from learning not to drop soap in the local pokey.
I apologize to all my HyNewz readers for not covering all of the knives, guns, car wrecks, and whatever last night… didn’t have the heart for it… but let me sum it up for you:
The Barnstable Police spent the entire evening chasing down thieves, drug dealers, and violent offenders.They took everyone over to court this morning and, of course, every single one of ‘em pled innocent and were basically let free and will be out tonight causing more problems.
So, you didn’t really miss anything… there’s sure to be a re-run tonight.
I also apologize for being an angry PWP… but here’s some news for you.If a single dad misses a support payment you’ll be sure to get your money’s worth in the “justice” department.Here’s what they’ll do:
-they’ll take his bank accounts
-revoke his driver’s license
-revoke his passport
-say nasty things about him for political gain
-put a lean on his house
-put him in jail
-take his dog
-put his ass on a “Deadbeat Dad Poster”
-call him names, like "deadbeat," and say them in front of his kid
-make him fill out stupid-ass forms for the rest of his life
-tax him 25% on top of the principle EACH MONTH (the mafia only charges you 5%)
-and many other “collection remedies”

To all my "heros" at the DOR Child Enforcement Division; I'm sure glad there are such kind people like you who care more about children than all those awful fathers you abuse with your draconian man hating methods. As a father I find it hard to believe that you care more about my child than I, but if you say so it must be true, right? See the world as black and white much? As for the excuse "I'm just doing my job," that may be true but it still doesn't make it right.

Father Facts:
Children who live absent their biological fathers are, on average, at least two to three times more likely to be poor, to use drugs, to experience educational, health, emotional and behavioral problems, to be victims of child abuse, and to engage in criminal behavior than their peers who live with their married, biological (or adoptive) parents. Single fathers are far less likely to qualify or receive support from community services that provide low income housing, health insurance, welfare, food stamps, and information from their child's school. Law enforcement is far less likely to enforce court orders benefiting single fathers compared to single mothers. Single Fathers have up to a 6 times higher rate of suicide and first time major depression than single mothers. Massachusetts does not have publicly funded programs for single fathers, when single mothers are eligible to a wide range of publicly funded services. Massachusetts puts children at risk due to the state's lack of parental support for fathers and their children. In Massachusetts unfortunate situations such as divorce and child support enforcement have become a major industry benefiting government employees and attorneys.
So, if you’re a single dad, be a “good boy” now… try not to be so “uppity,” and never get sick, or under employed… BE A GOOD EARNER… AND NEVER EVER MISS A PAYMENT, unless you’re prepared to go “deeper underground.”

If he's such a "jerk" what were you doing having unprotected sex with him? It bothers me when so many women turn on men as soon as they have a baby.
A man that makes $12 an hour and has to pay 1/3 of it in taxes, leaves $8 an hour to live off. How is he supposed to live? Wait, you don't care... and neither does the court. What do you want? $400 a week? You should have chosen a lawyer.
It makes me sick to hear the complaints of so many women.

Do you receive Section 8, welfare, foodstamps, WIC...? If you answered yes, WE ALL ARE PAYING FOR YOUR CHILD. Knock it off already with your complaining about what he's NOT doing for you and do for yourself.
I got custody of my daughter when she was 2 years old and raised her. She's now 21. I recieved NO CHILD SUPPORT. I didn't chase any child support. So don't tell me I don't know what it's like. (Posted by Been There Done That., 29 October, 2007 11:22:56)

where to begin- they'll tell you it's better for dads because they occasionally screw some poor mother. just went through the whole family service thing at barnstable . barnstable family court with it's family services and independence house office might as well be a feminist rally. there's like No men in the place! i got off with only $250 a week for two kids! then health insurance i pay. dental. braces. breast implants for my ex (joking). i'm thinking about becoming gay, would if i didn't get a lifes worth of porking during the divorce. now just need to find a good trailer park and all set (Posted by what just happened, 04 October, 2007 20:13:05)
