The latest incident happened during a September second arrest in the parking lot of a popular nightclub.
VIDEO FIVE: (A different story...) An obnoxious drunk doesn't get the picture until about the 5th time he gets shocked. This is a state trooper in a rural area, his backup could be anywhere from 10-30 minutes away and probably from a different agency. In this case, would you really want to get in to a physical struggle with someone if you had a tool at your disposal that would take care of the problem? Would you roll around and fight with the guy on the ground while trying to retain your firearm? The reason the guy keeps getting shocked is simple - he refuses to comply and keeps attempting to stand up and get back in his vehicle.

agree with drake.... it will just be another thing some offense, ooops I mean defense contractor will sell to make a shocking profit!!!! Lets hope police are the only ones using them! (Posted by joe public, 25 November, 2007 18:36:38)
The problem with tasers is that soon every criminal will have one, leaving normal citizens being the only ones without them (Posted by Drake, 25 November, 2007 07:21:35)
