On Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at 5:56 PM—the Yarmouth Police Department arrested a West Yarmouth man at his residence on a variety of sexual assault felonies.
The arrest came at the conclusion of an investigation conducted by Yarmouth Detective Russell Giammarco based on information obtained late Friday involving sexual assaults that occurred at a residence in Yarmouth.
The suspect was transported to Yarmouth Police Headquarters—held overnight—and was arraigned in the Barnstable Superior Court on Wednesday morning. He is currently being held at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne on $50,000.
