HYANNIS-  At 12:59am this morning, just one minute prior to closing at the Roobar Restaurant, a female was allegedly struck by a white Lincoln Navigator somewhere just outside the establishment.

Hyannis Rescue treated and released an unidentified female on scene.

Initial reports had the white Lincoln fleeing the scene.  But shortly after the first police units arrived the Lincoln was located parked about two blocks away.  The driver apparently returned to the scene on foot to speak with police.  Police interviewed several witnesses and conducted a field sobriety test on one person, but no arrests were made.

A county investigator took photos of the vehicle and scene.
