At 1:37 AM - Yarmouth Police K9 Patrol Officer Marc Thibeault and his partner Clark found a freshly broken glass door at Toly’s House of Pizza on Route 28 in South Yarmouth.

K9 Patrol Officer Thibeault and his partner entered the building—secured the scene and immediate area—and observed bank bags and pizza boxes strewn all over the kitchen floor.

The owner of the building was notified and responded to the store.  An inventory was conducted which indicated that an amount of cash was stolen.  Parts of the denomination missing included; 5 one hundred dollars bills and 100 one dollar bills.

Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department Crime Scene Investigator Terry Dinnan was called to the scene and assisted in crime scene evidence management and processing.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact Yarmouth Police Detective Sergeant Kevin P. Lennon at 508-775-0445 extension 134.
