(Below) Fourth & Seventh Photos from the Top: Barnstable Police Officer Nancy Blanchard gathers information for her report.  Officer Blanchard was one of the first dispatched to the scene, she therefore will shoulder the duty as the being the “primary report writer” in relation to this incident.  Officer Blanchard will serve a major role in the overall investigation into this incident, from interviewing witnesses at the scene to following up on the condition of the pilot at Cape Cod Hospital.
