CENTERVILLE: At about 3:45 PM Barnstable Police and COMM Fire Rescue responded to a 2 car crash in the west bound lane of Route 28 in Centerville. The accident took place when a silver Pontiac ran into the back of a white Cougar between Birchill Road and Ames Road just west of COMM Headquarters. COMM transported one occupant to CCH.

There was very little damage to the Cougar but the front end of the Pontiac was extensively damaged. A&F Towing removed both vehicles from the scene as the driver of the Cougar had been transported to the Hospital with unknown, but not life threatening injuries.
