HYANNIS- Between the good and the bad exists a thin blue line- We caught Bike Patrol Officer Brian Morrison RED-HANDED giving this youngster a pass for a free ice cream cone along with a toy badge.

Officer Morrison is the type of Cop who is able to "shift gears" with kindness and is a natural at reaching out to all ages.  Minutes prior this photo Officer Morrison had just apprehended a dangerous felon and was actively investigating an armed robbery assault.
