Mazda 3 No Mach for Explorer

WEST YARMOUTH - Around 3:00 PM Yarmouth Police responded to a call to a two car accident in front of the American Host in West Yarmouth.  Both vehicles were headed east on Route 28 when the crash occurred. From appearances at the scene a Black Ford Explorer SUV ran into the rear of a Mazda 3 causing extensive damage to the Mazda including blowing out the rear window. The were only a few scratches on the bumper of the Ford Explorer.

Yarmouth Fire Rescue also responded but from appearances any injuries were minor. The accident is under investigation by Yarmouth Patrol Officer Erica McGrath.
