HYANNIS- Midnight-  All quiet on the Main Street Front...  Just several local “yutes” fighting the boredom, kickin’ it with their homies in front of a vacant store on the 500 block…

Earlier-on there was a brief fight between several hanging out in large group of about 40 and a couple “Brazilian” youths who happened by.  Police radio chatter mentioned that reportedly knives may have been involved.  A handful of youths fled (see video) as police arrived.  It is unclear what caused the fray.  It is uncertain if anyone was injured. 

Tonight’s cooler temperatures, coupled with much lower humidity seemed to cool things down in the downtown area.
