Police Execute Drug Search Warrant

SOUTH YARMOUTH- On Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at 8:06 PM—members of the Yarmouth Police Department—the Cape Cod Regional SWAT Team—and the Barnstable Police Department executed a search warrant at 4 Bliscott Avenue. Yarmouth Police Detective Charles E. Peterson obtained the search warrant from the Barnstable District Court after developing probable cause involving the use and sale of illegal drugs at the residence.

The occupant of the home was arrested and is scheduled for arraignment in the Barnstable District Court this morning.
