Any procession piped in with reeds and drumming must be an auspicious occasion as far as I’m concerned.
Barnstable Police Lieutenant David Cameron, ceremonially kilted, appeared a piper major providing the unmistakable continuous melodic tones, led a small regiment of veteran Barnstable Police Officers marching in to honor the awaiting graduates of the 18th Barnstable Citizen’s Police Academy.
