OSTERVILLE- Saturday- At 11:12pm Barnstable Police were dispatched to the area of the White Hen Pantry on Route 28 to investigate a report of gunshots.
Initial Officers spoke with witnesses and learned that a black male wearing an orange shirt fired at least one round at a Black Sedan. The man with the gun reportedly fled the scene in a silver sedan, possibly with a broken window, traveling towards Mashpee… that’s all the details available at this time.
Mashpee Police were immediately notified about the suspect vehicle.
No injuries were reported from the scene.
A Barnstable County Identification Officer was called to the scene to help collect and process evidence.
