Hazmat Spill at the 99

WEST YARMOUTH - At about 11:30 AM Yarmouth Fire Rescue was called to control a hazardous materials spill at the 99 Restaurant near the corner of Berry Avenue and Route 28 in West Yarmouth. The incident occurred behind the restaurant when a truck operated by Blue Water Septic reportedly leaked approximately 25 gallons of hydraulic fluid according to Yarmouth Fire Rescue officials. The situation was easily dealt with using absorbent materials at the scene.
