SHOCK VIDEO: Centerville child rapist gets 15 years in Walpole… videoed himself committing sex crimes with minor girls…

BARNSTABLE – Joel Morris, age 30, of Centerville was sentenced to serve at least 14 years (one already served for a total of 15) in state prison after pleading guilty to a litany of sex crimes involving young females.

HN NOTES: The following video highlights today’s lengthy proceedings in Barnstable Superior Court, with Judge Robert Rufo presiding.

Lengthy because of the number of serious charges… and the fact Morris pleaded guilty to each and every one.

There were also unique issues like the storage of video evidence; video which shows young girls being victimized, and the obvious need of making sure it isn’t (or never will be) on the internet, along with the seemingly interminable reading of so many deviant details related to this one-man sexual crime spree.

The video is 14 minutes long (much longer than the typical HN video…), this even after editing-out roughly 45 minutes of equally intriguing footage.

A few of the less explicit details of the sex crimes were left in the video, but most of the alarming details described to the court aloud by Assistant District Attorney Nicole Manoog needed to be removed. The names of the victims also needed to be edited out.

Sources tell HN that Morris once nicknamed himself “Joel the Mole.”

HN was also informed about a YouTube music video which was uploaded in August of 2007.  It basically accuses Morris of being sexually involved with young girls.

HN has obtained a copy of the video and may publish parts of it at a later time… after insuring it doesn’t show any victims…

Law enforcement is aware of the video, which shows images of a younger Morris set to lyrics about him having sex with 11-year-olds, etc…

It appears Morris has been actively committing sex crimes for quite a while… and as you will hear in the following HN footage, Morris will be serving time in prison until at least 2031, the next 14 years or so…

… and there are a lot of people happy to see “the Mole” now being caged behind bars where he belongs.

The Mole’s Backstory:

“To Catch a Mole…” THE BACKSTORY –
The following is the actual Barnstable Police Press Release from late January, 2015:

On January 23, 2015, 27 year old Joel Morris of Centerville, MA was arrested by Barnstable Police Detectives on charges of Enticing a Child under 16 years of age, Posing a Child for Nude Photographs with Lascivious Intent, and Possession of Child Pornography. Morris was also charged with Possession of a Class D Substance (Marijuana) with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Class C Substance (Hash Oil/Dabs) With Intent to Distribute.

Morris’s arrest is the result of a month long investigation by the Barnstable and Sandwich Police Departments that arose from a complaint from a high school student. Additionally, in an unrelated matter, the Barnstable Police Department had received a cybertip relative to Morris’ activities. The complaints were very specific and suggested that the 27 year old Morris has been enticing high school age girls to participate in photo shoots. Morris claims to have a photography business called “Diamond Flash Photography”. The investigation suggested that Morris distributed Marijuana, Hash Oil, and cash to those that posed for him. The photo shoots have been reported to include the photographing of young girls in various inappropriate poses. Evidence indicates that Morris utilizes different names/online profiles such as Joel and Jay Mackenzie, JoelfromCape, and greenlava7 on internet sites such as Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram to communicate with the victims. Sexually explicit images that have been sent via these applications have been recovered during the investigation.

Yesterday (1/23) a search warrant was executed at Morris’s Centerville residence. Detectives recovered approximately a pound of Marijuana, over 200 grams of Hash Oil (dabs), $2,000 cash, along with several computers, hard drives, mobile phones, and photography equipment. Morris was arrested on the above charges and is being held at the Barnstable PD on $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned at Barnstable District Court on Monday January 26, 2015

Barnstable Police Detectives are in the process of conducting forensic examinations on the digital devices seized from Morris. We are strongly encouraging anyone who may have interacted with Morris, Diamond Flash Photography or any of the online profiles mentioned above to contact Barnstable Detective Kevin Connolly at 508-958-6522 or Sandwich School Resource Officer Christa Cabral at 774-2746765.

HN NOTE: Barnstable Police Detectives Kevin Connolly and Meaghan Cunningham were in court today to personally see this caper through to its conclusion…

I wrote and performed that 2007 song you reference that accused him of pedophilia. Email if you want any comments. The guy is utter scum and deserved this sentence. I’d give loads of Joel The Mole stories, including him threatening to sue me over that song, if I could plug my new novel at the same time.

Oh Joel…Those guys in jail are waiting for you to arrive. I don’t think you’re going to have a very pleasant stay.
