HYANNIS – [HN PHOTO NOTES] – The driver of a U-Haul rental truck was taken into custody after pulling into a random driveway in a Hyannis family neighborhood this afternoon. A Barnstable Police patrolman had initiated the traffic stop on Hinckley Road. Additional cars responded to assist. According to a computer check and additional information from another Barnstable officer, the rental pickup truck had recently been reported stolen. The driver is looking at the possibility of being charged with motor vehicle theft or receiving stolen property. The Barnstable Police Department is investigating. There were no further details available at the time of this report…
