Barnstable Police Sgt. Kevin Tynan, the driver of the cruiser, was treated and released from CCH for aches and pains.

HYANNIS – [DEVELOPING] – As you will see in the following HN Video, a man was arrested for OUI and Operating to Endanger after the car he was driving slammed into the rear of a Barnstable Police Cruiser.
The Barnstable Police Officer was injured and transported to CCH.
The accident occurred at about 9:30PM on South Street near the intersection with Pine Ave.
