BARNSTABLE – First responders rushed to the intersection of Route 6A and Commerce Road after receiving reports of a single car crashing into a utility pole.

The female operator remained behind the steering wheel and appeared shook up and dazed. It appears the vehicle likely struck the pole at full speed and full force, as part of the front quarter panel was tattooed to the damaged pole.
