DENNIS PORT – Investigators just left 477 Route 28, the scene related to a shooting that happened shortly after 3:00 p.m. today, according to radio announcements. Police across the Cape are looking for the victim of that shooting, a black male in his early 20s who left the scene wearing “blood soaked” sweat pants, according to radio transmissions included in the following HN Video. The victim was last seen asking strangers for a ride to his mother’s house…
