MARSTONS MILLS – Barnstable Police and C.O.M.M. Firefighters responded to an address on Blackbird Road for an unresponsive patient who had just suffered serious injuries after some type of fall.
As you will see in the following HN Video, at about 2:00 a.m., police officers closed down a section of Route 149 as firefighters transported the patient onto Cape Cod Airfield, where they met a Boston MedFlight Helicopter. From there the patient was airlifted to an off-Cape trauma hospital.
