HYANNIS – As you will see and hear in the following HN Video, shortly after midnight Saturday morning – 11/14/2020 – a Barnstable Patrolman radioed he had a white minivan failing to stop for him. After several blocks, the minivan turned into Cromwell Court Apartments on Barnstable Road, where it finally pulled into a parking space and stopped. The driver was immediately detained as officers investigated what was going on. After a brief investigation, the male was arrested on suspicion of Operating Under the Influence, along with other motor vehicle charges. He was transported back to BPD Headquarters to be booked. The white minivan was towed from the scene.
