Man wearing ‘Batman’ mask busted for OUI… reportedly was slumped over at traffic light… [Video]
HYANNIS – At about 3:30am, Barnstable Patrol Officers responded to the traffic lights at Bearses Way and Route 28 to check on the well-being of a man reportedly slumped over in the driver’s seat of his vehicle.
A witness had became concerned and called police when he allegedly observed the man slumped over and not moving during several cycles of green and red signals.
HN arrived on scene as officers were wrapping up field sobriety testing on the driver.
Fernando Rodrigues, age 28, of Hyannis, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence, and Operating Without a License.
The following video highlights the scene right as officers are finishing the field sobriety testing and placing the suspect under arrest… It’s also interesting to note the suspect appears to being wearing some type of black mask like Bruce Lee playing Kato in The Green Hornet… But according to sources, the mask may have actually been part of a Batman costume… and the suspect may have attended a costume party earlier in the evening… (I, personally, think the guy looked more like Kato in The Green Hornet…)

Or Batman?
To me it’s a no brainer, it’s Kato in the Green Hornet all the way!
All suspects are assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
