Police investigating East Main Street purse snatching…
HYANNIS – Several patrol officers responded the sidewalk in front of Bradford’s Hardware to meet a woman who had her purse stolen last night.
According to sources, a tall black male approached her, snatched her purse and took off into a nearby apartment complex…
The victim believes she knows the suspect’s name.
Officers attempted to find the suspect inside one the nearby apartments but were unable to locate him at this time.
The suspect is a Hyannis man who is no stranger to local police, with a lengthy history of drug related offenses… (HN will release the suspect’s name upon his capture.)
