HYANNIS – As you will see in the following video, two females were transported to CCH after a Mack garbage truck slammed into their BMW at the intersection of South St. and High School Rd. this morning at about 1:00AM.

There were four to five passengers in the BMW all together… and it’s amazing nobody was killed.

When HN arrived, the female front passenger was trapped beneath metal that crumpled over her lap after the Mack truck T-boned their vehicle.

Barnstable Police are investigating the crash and no further details were available at the time of this report… other than a bicyclist receiving a citation for driving through the crash scene and into a towing cable, as you will also see in the video…
