HYANNIS – As you will see and hear in the following HN video, a man wanted on two warrants tried to outrun a Barnstable Patrolman this past Tuesday evening.
Barnstable Police Officer Corey Frederickson was on routine patrol when he noticed a man who had Default Arrest Warrants lurking about in the Barnstable Road area.
The suspect disappeared when Frederickson initially went to investigate…. and Frederickson was searching when all of sudden he flushed out the wily suspect who had been huddled behind some shrubbery.
A foot chase ensued in the area of Cromwell Courts, but Frederickson was able to quickly catch up to the fleeing suspect, taking in him into custody behind some nearby buildings.
