CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Man stabbed on Main Street in front of a bunch of...

HYANNIS – [DEVELOPING] – As you will hear in the following video, Barnstable Police are investigating a stabbing which occurred on Main Street in front a bunch of witnesses.

At about 11:30PM last evening, multiple police units and two Hyannis Rescue ambulances responded to the 500 block on Main Street for what was initially described as an altercation which turned into a stabbing.

This is a very active investigation which includes witness statements and video of the actual stabbing taking place.

Two individuals were transported to CCH. One had what appeared to be a nasty stab wound on his hand… it’s unknown why the second person was transported.

Regarding the following video: A HN contributor, who wishes to remain nameless, witnessed the entire incident and began rolling on his cell phone, capturing the actual stabbing as it occurred. The video has been through one phase of enhancements and has also been forwarded to Barnstable Police investigators…

The beginning of the following HN video begins with initial police radio transmissions. It then shows the cell phone video twice… and after that, it picks up where HN arrived on scene and began documenting in high definition.
