COPS: Shotgun, ammo, heroin, coke & cash seized… career criminal in custody…
EAST FALMOUTH – An eight month investigation by the Falmouth Police, with assistance from Mashpee Police, Upper Cape Special Response Team, and Mass State Police Cape Cod Drug Task Force, culminated in the execution of a narcotics search warrant at an East Falmouth address earlier this evening [Wednesday].
Heroin, cocaine, cash, ammunition, and a shotgun were seized during the search.
Milteer Hendricks, age 34, of East Falmouth, was arrested at his residence and charged with Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute (Heroin) subsequent offense, Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine) subsequent offense, Possession of a Firearm Without an FID Card, and Possession of Ammunition Without an FID Card.
Because Hendricks is being charged with a gun related offense after having been previously convicted of a “violent crime or drug offense,” he’ll also be charged with being in violation of the Armed Career Criminal Act.
Hendricks is being held on $25,000.00 bail until his arraignment in Falmouth Court tomorrow.
