Extensive surveillance leads to drug and gun charges…
HN NOTE: Some might argue the young man showed initiative by allegedly operating a business out of his Barnstable home… but there was one major detail he overlooked, drugs and guns are not only strictly illegal, they’re deadly and won’t reflect well on your resume — unless you’re trying to be an “armed career criminal!”
BARNSTABLE – Over the past month, Barnstable Detectives had their eye on 22-year-old Alexander Rosen-Schuh for allegedly distributing heroin from his residence at 1662 Hyannis Road.
According to a press statement from Sergeant John York of the Barnstable Police Detective Division, the investigation involved extensive surveillance of Rosen-Schuh meeting with customers looking to buy heroin.
One of the customers who purchased heroin was actually an undercover investigator, the press statement points out.
Having seen enough, detectives obtained a search warrant for Rosen-Schuh’s residence.
Yesterday – Thursday, 7/28/16 – detectives were watching Rosen-Schuh’s residence at 1662 Hyannis Road as they were setting up to execute the search warrant. But before the warrant could be served, Rosen-Schuh was observed conducting yet another drug deal.
Erin Frazier (age 38 of Hyannis) and Justin O’Dea (age 22 of Hyannis) were in a vehicle said to have pulled into the driveway at 1662 Hyannis Road, where they conducted a drug transaction with Rosen-Schuh.
The execution of the search warrant was put on hold while detectives followed Frazier and O’Dea into Hyannis were they were observed them selling heroin to Jenni Kahan (age 29 of Hyannis).
All three suspects were subsequently arrested. O’Dea and Frazier were arrested for Distribution of Heroin. Frazier was arrested for Possession of Heroin.
Following the above arrests, Detectives served the search warrant at Rosen-Schuh’s residence.

An additional 41 grams of heroin and a loaded 9mm pistol and ammunition were found in the residence. Rosen-Schuh was charged with Trafficking Heroin (36-100 grams), Illegal Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition, along with being an Armed Career Criminal.
Detectives located three of Rosen-Schuh’s associates in the residence. Approximately 12 grams of cocaine and $1500 in cash was recovered from these individuals. They were identified as Careeme Harakh (age 25 of Yarmouth), (age 25 of Cumberland, RI), and Krymeii Fray (age 21 of Dennis). All three were arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine With Intent to Distribute.
