PAC OFFICERS ARREST WANTED BROTHER AND SISTER
On Friday, March 18, 2016, at 5:44PM Yarmouth Police Department Proactive Anti-Crime Unit Officer Sean Geary observed two people wanted by the Yarmouth Police Department inside a gray Chevy Impala bearing MA registration 3MF878 in the area of the Route 28 Yarmouth/Hyannis town line. Anti-Crime Officer Geary stopped the vehicle and fellow Anti-Crime Unit Officer Nick Ambrosini arrived to assist.
The operator of the vehicle was Emily Sauro. The passengers inside were Connor Fay, Kyle Geggatt, and his sister Tiarah. All are well known to Cape Cod Law Enforcement and both Geggatt’s were wanted by the Yarmouth Police Department and were subjects of a recent ‘YPD Wanted Wednesday’ Social Policing public safety bulletin.
Both Kyle and Tiarah were placed under arrest and transported to Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters. Both were scheduled to be in the Barnstable District Court today, Monday, March 21, 2016.

PAC AND PATROL ARREST PARKING LOT DRUG DEALER
On Saturday March 19, 2016 at 5:39PM Yarmouth Police Department Anti-Crime Unit Officer Sean Geary responded to a call from management of the Station Avenue Stop and Shop in South Yarmouth regarding an unresponsive male sitting in a black SUV in the parking lot. The manager further reported that there were syringes in the vehicle.
Yarmouth Police Department Patrol Officer David Dickey and Officer Geary arrived and found a suspicious black Nissan Rogue bearing MA registration 4SDH10 parked in the travel lane of the parking lot.
The operator was identified as Shaun Stout; who is well known to Cape Cod Law Enforcement. With Stout still sitting in the driver’s seat, in plain view Officers observed used syringes in the center console and four yellow pills in the cup holder.
While speaking with Stout, he stated that he had used about .2 grams of heroin several hours earlier. Inside the vehicle police located a small black bag containing a weekly pill container. Inside several compartments in the pill container were glassine baggies with a powder substance in them. Two bags of heroin were located along with four bags of cocaine. Furthermore, a syringe cap was located that was wrapped in a glassine bag. Inside was a small rock of crack cocaine. In addition, drugs were also found in his pants pocket.
Stout was advised that he was under arrest and was transported to Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters.
The narcotics were weighed at 9.11 grams of heroin, 3.14 grams of cocaine (plus small rock of crack cocaine) and 4 Adderall pills.
His vehicle was towed by the Silver Cloud Towing Company.
Stout is scheduled for arraignment in the Barnstable District Court today, Monday, March 21, 2016
