UPDATE: The Cape Cod Times reports the driver’s name is 35-year-old Daniel Eldredge. The official charges are OUI (Second Offense), Child Endangerment Under the Influence, OUI Causing Serious Injury, and Marked Lanes Violation. Eldredge is scheduled to be arraigned in Barnstable District Court on Monday.
