CHATHAM – At about 10:15pm last evening, firefighters and police rushed to a fully involved structure fire at 235 Stage Island Road.
Firefighters reportedly responded from Chatham, Harwich, Orleans, and Brewster…
Access to the scene was reportedly complicated due to a local bridge closure. Firefighters needed to go around and take a back way to reach the scene.
Extra hose reportedly needed to be run to reach the flames…
No injuries were reported and the State Fire Marshal was called in to investigate the scene.
