THE REST OF THE STORY: Suspect reportedly told officers “he was in the business of killing cops…” [HN VIDEO]
HYANNIS – This past Wednesday – November 6, 2019 – HN reported on a situation where Barnstable Police Officers encountered a belligerent subject outside of the Aegean Pizza shop. HN observed the subject swearing at police officers and not being compliant. HN was rolling on cell phone video when officers deployed a Taser in order to take the subject into custody. But according to a police report filed this past Thursday in Barnstable District Court, there are many more shocking details related to this story, things allegedly said and done before and after the subject being Tasered. Here’s the rest of the officer’s side of the story according to the police report:
On Wednesday, November 6, 2019, Barnstable Police Patrolwoman Wanessa Pizaia was inside Aegean Pizza buying her lunch. She had reportedly observed Marcel Young, the aforementioned subject in this story, outside the restaurant speaking loudly, telling the female he was with an unsettling story involving police officers and how somebody got shot…

[DEVELOPING] The suspect, Marcel Young is currently being held in the Barnstable County Correctional Facility pending a Dangerousness Hearing scheduled for Friday, November 15th, 2019. This is not Marcel Young’s first brush with the law and several sources have also told HN that Mr. Young is the father of Malik Koval, the man accused of shooting two Falmouth Police Officers back in July of 2018. HN will provide updates and additional details as this situation unfolds.
