Head-on crash in dense foggy conditions sends both drivers to CCH…...

HYANNIS – As you will see in the following HN Video, both drivers were transported a block away to the emergency room after a head-on crash shortly after 8:30 p.m. this evening. Cape Cod Hospital was placed on trauma alert for at least one of the patients. It’s uncertain what caused the crash but there was a dense fog condition when HN first arrived on scene. Main Street at the intersection with Bayview Street needed to be completely closed down while first responders worked the scene. The cause of the crash is being investigated by the Barnstable Police Department.
