LOADED SAWED-OFF SHOTGUN, .45 CALIBER HANDGUN, WEED & COKE SIEZED…
BOURNE – Several Cape police agencies teamed up to raid a home early Monday morning…
Police from Bourne, Falmouth, Mashpee, and the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office seized a loaded sawed-off shotgun, a semi-automatic .45 caliber handgun, marijuana, a small quantity of crack, a large amount of powdered cocaine, and $1,300 in cash.
The following three individuals were arrested:
1. Terrance M. Cardoza, Jr., age 20, of East Falmouth was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Drug – Marijuana, Possession of a Loaded Sawed-Off Shotgun, Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possession of Ammunition with a Firearm Identification Card, Possession of a Large Capacity Magazine, and Receiving Stolen Property Over $250 (a firearm).
2. Dominique D. King, age 32, of New Bedford was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug – Cocaine, Subsequent Offense, and Obstruction of Justice.
3. Kimberly Frye, age 26, of Falmouth was charged on an outstanding arrest warrant, as well as Possession of a Class B Drug – Cocaine.
The arrests were the culmination of an investigation which included controlled undercover narcotic purchases.
