MASHPEE – In a press statement today, Mashpee Police Chief Carline announced that his department has launched an internal investigation into the pursuit which preceded Saturday’s horrific head-on collision which killed three people – including a new father who served his country in combat as a US Marine, just returning home from the maternity ward where his daughter had just been brought into the world.
